Late Policy
Time is precious and valuable to you, as well as me. Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait in the waiting area until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and I haven't heard from you, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount of your service.
Squeeze-in Appointments
Appointments outside my normal business hours will be an additional $25 fee. Early bird (before 10am) and after-hour (after 7pm) appointments may be available.

Lash Fills
All Lash Fills must scheduled according to the actual
days passed since your last fill.

For example:

If it has been 1-15 days since your last fill, you must schedule a 2 week.

If it has been 16-21 days since your last fill, you must schedule a 3 week fill.
-
If it has been 22+ days since your last fill, you must schedule a Full Set.

Reschedules
Same day cancellation/reschedule will be charged 50% of the full amount of service.
If you need to reschedule, please let me know 48 hours in advance.

No shows will be charged 100% of full amount.

Confirmation text are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment date
- no response is considered a no call/no show.

Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.
